Rick Eldridge

President and CEO, The Intuitive Companies

Rick Eldridge oversees several of the five companies that make up The Intuitive Companies. A financial executive with more than 30 years of insurance knowledge and underwriting experience, Rick brings a great deal of expertise to The Intuitive Companies.

Rick is an expert in mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, and has also focused on helping companies with organic growth and distribution strategies. He is a specialist in designing, building, and managing private insurance companies and enterprise risk captives, and brings a great deal of retail property and casualty knowledge to Intuitive.

Prior to joining Intuitive, Rick was a vice president of mergers and acquisitions for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, where he oversaw mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, and before that, he served as vice president and country manager in Japan.

Rick is a graduate of the University of Denver and lives in the Denver area. He was recently elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association for the term beginning January 2015 through 2018. A believer in education, he has served as an advisory board member for ACE Scholarships since 2007.

Brad Mundine

Senior Vice President

As senior vice president at Intuitive Captive Solutions, Brad Mundine has more than 17 years of experience as a specialist in commercial property and casualty insurance underwriting as well as risk management and commercial underwriting. He is also a specialist in fraud, cyber liability, data breach risks, and insider theft. At Intuitive, Brad is responsible for working with broker partners and potential clients on new enterprise risk captive formation. He oversees the initial review process to assess if a captive is appropriate for potential clients, and helps to onboard those that form a captive.

Brad also works closely with partners and clients to ensure the ongoing management of their captives, from helping clients and their boards and employees with the initial stages of running their captives, to working with clients long-term to help them meet regulatory issues, tax obligations, and more.

Brad has worked in commercial insurance throughout his career, specializing in assessing, designing and instituting improvements to corporate insurance and risk mitigation policies and programs.

Most recently, Brad worked at CUNA Mutual where he guided corporate leadership on risk while managing more than 300 customer accounts.

Brad also worked as a commercial underwriter for the National Farmers Union Insurance Company and the Ohio Casualty Group.

A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a master’s degree from Regis University, Brad lives in Colorado with his wife and sons.

Joanne Shaver

Senior Vice President

Joanne Shaver is a senior vice president at Intuitive Captive Solutions (Intuitive). Working out of Intuitive’s Delaware Office, Joanne’s focus is on client relationship management and new business development. She has a strong background in forming and managing enterprise risk captives.

Prior to joining Intuitive, Joanne was a captive account manager for Wilmington Trust SP Services where she managed the Delaware office of the Wilmington Trust Captive Insurance Group. She worked on all phases of captive creation and management in a wide range of global jurisdictions.

Joanne also served as principal for Cover & Rossiter, a Wilmington, Delaware based CPA firm, where she was responsible for growing the firm’s captive insurance service group.

Joanne has been integrally involved with the Delaware Captive Insurance Association since it’s inception in 2005. She currently serves as the treasurer, and as co-chair of the marketing committee for the Delaware Captive Insurance Association.

Joanne received her Associate in Captive Insurance from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education in June 2013. She is a member of the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kerrie Riker-Keller

Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer

As chief compliance officer for Intuitive Captive Solutions (Intuitive), Kerrie Riker-Keller works with executive teams to manage all compliance issues. She is responsible for developing and maintaining processes and procedures that ensure that all Intuitive clients are compliant with the state and federal regulations that govern enterprise risk captives. This includes preparing ongoing regulatory filings, and assisting with new client onboarding.

Most recently, Kerrie was manager of compliance and operations at CenturyLink Investment Management Company where she oversaw the firm’s SEC and ERISA compliance programs for the company’s $17 billion in employee benefit plan assets.

Kerrie also served as assistant vice president and compliance officer for TCW, Trust Company of the West, was the chief compliance officer and chief administrative officer for Acacia Wealth Advisors, LLC, and held the position of chief compliance officer and vice president of client services at Osher Van de Voorde Investment Management. She began her career as a senior associate at Bernstein Investment Research and Management and also worked at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Kerrie is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara and earned an MBA from California Polytechnic State University Pomona. She lives in the greater Denver area, and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her daughter’s school.

Donna Eldridge

Secretary and Treasurer

Donna is a CPA and director of the corporation, responsible for organizational and operational management of Intuitive entities. With accounting and systems expertise, Donna focuses on developing and documenting the processes, procedures, and protocols for each of the operating entities.

Prior to joining Intuitive, Donna was the Financial Controller for, a subsidiary of Hollywood Media (NASDAQ: HOLL), a $125M ticketing and marketing company in New York City. She was also a financial consultant for Advisory Financial Group in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she focused on Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and acquisition services for VC firms including purchase price analysis, management reporting packages, and process improvements.

Donna has also served as a director of corporate accounting for Equity Group Investments, Inc., in Chicago, was a financial analyst for Jack Eckerd Corporation, and a financial auditor with Arthur Anderson & Co., in Tampa, Florida.

Donna has travelled the world and worked with executives in Singapore and Japan on their English skills, and was an education lecturer in Tokyo, Japan teaching financial and managerial accounting classes.
